One-Off Top-Ups
One-time purchases (such as top-up credits or usage add-ons) are non-refundable. Please ensure you select the correct amount before confirming your purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
Annual Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your annual subscription purchase if there has
been no significant usage of the service.
Partial refunds after this period may be granted at our discretion based on account activity and
remaining time. Please contact support to request a refund.
Customer Rewards Program
We believe our users are our best source of ideas. If you submit feedback or feature requests
that we implement or find particularly helpful, you may receive credits or free usage time as a
thank-you. This is our way of recognizing your contribution to improving the service.
